Skin

By: ecopoet

a manicured expression

outside the layers appear / flawless

learned through years of adaption

Impenetrable plastic layers

fabricated to feel as skin

hard to the touch / mascaraed chagrin

Speculative fiction

identity contained

as the other side / wears it’s true skin
